Destinations: Nos Emine - Bulgaria.

The headland of Nos Emine lies on the Black Sea coast in Bulgaria. It is about 60km south of Varna and 45 north of Burgas. It is a good place to observe bird migration in autumn, especially from late August into September. White Storks can number 1000s per day and Lesser Spotted Eagle is the most numerous large raptor. Olive Tree Warbler, Sombre Tit and various shrikes, larks and wheatears breed locally. Photo taken by Gergely Kovacs.
